Position: Sr. Leaves & Accommodations SpecialistLocation: fully remote (must sit in the US)Pay Rate: $62/hr-81/hr (depending on experience and location)Duration: 3 month contractMust Haves:• Deep knowledge of statutory disability plans, short- and long-term disability, disability accommodations (ADA/ADAAA/FEHA, etc.)• Deep knowledge of leaves of absence (FMLA)• Ability to use Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office productsPlusses:• Bachelor’s DegreeDay to Day: An employer in the commercial space industry is looking for a Sr. Leaves & Accommodations Specialist to temporarily join their team. This person will be working to backfill someone who is currently out of office on leave. This person will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and its leaves administrator and employees. Provide leaves case management oversight, answering complex questions, understanding the employee's situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paving the way for a connected and trusted leave experience. Engage with employee, manager, and HR Business Partners throughout the life cycle of the leave, from initiation to return to work, answering questions, coaching, and educating them throughout the process.
