Information Technology Support Specialist

Location: Blue Lagoon ( Miami, FL)Must sit onsite 4 days a week, 1 day remoteThis is a direct- hire roleMust Haves:• Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in technical support for computers and technology• Active Directory experience ( managing/ setting up user accounts)• General knowledge of networking• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Looking to learn and grow within their careerDay to Day:• Provide technical assistance to end-user staff• Maintain and administer computer and IT equipment, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, printers, and all configurations.• Learn, manage, and troubleshoot IT services such as, but not limited to O365, Exchange, MS Teams, Slack, VOIP System, Endpoint Management, etc.
