Medical Receptionist - job 1 of 2

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist for one of our client's in the Allentown, NJ area. The medical receptionist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, collecting copays, and entering new patient information into our electronic medical records system (EMR), Prompt. The candidate will efficiently handle insurance verifications, send out appointment reminders, and assist with obtaining authorizations as needed. The work schedule is part-time with hours on Monday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
