Payroll Specialist

Required Skills:Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Payroll preferably in the Construction industryAdvanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to be an effective team member and display initiativeMust have high degree of accuracy and attention to detailJob Description:An employer in the Aurora Colorado area is looking for a Payroll Technician. This Payroll Tech will be supporting payroll for 3,000 people on a weekly basis. They will need to communicate with field employees on a daily basis. Monday and Tuesdays are the heaviest workload days. They will be supporting different time zones for this role. Other job duties include Process weekly payroll for large volume of employees, review and calculate payments and assisting with entering time to make sure it is correct. They will also enter PTO, Per Diem, retro pay, late time, and pay adjustments, complete verifications of employment from creditors and scan and index payroll documents into pVault. This role will be paying $26-31/hr.
