Title: Radiologist (Neurology)Location: Cherry Hill NJDuration: PERM / DIRECT HIRESchedule: HYBRID Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ESTSalary: $500-700k/yr (see breakdown/notes below)Compensation breakdown:• Starting salary is $500,000; Partnership opportunity after 1 year, with a pay increase to $700,000 as a partner.• Salary and partnership timeline may vary based on the candidate's experience and background.Interview Process:• 1 Full day of in-person interviews. This person will meet the partners, visit the centers, and interview with leadership.Location: Cherry Hill, New JerseySchedule: This person will have a hybrid schedule. Some weeks, they may only go in person for two days, and other weeks, they may go more.• Weekday hours: 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday.• Weekend on-call: every 4th weekend: 8 am-3 pm on Saturday, 8 am-1 pm on Sunday. On-call is WFH.• Weekday call ends at 8 pm.• Must be available for on-call duties and be within 60 miles for emergencies.Must Haves:• Board certification in Radiology; Open to candidates coming out of fellowship.• Strong expertise in brain, spine, vascular imaging, and functional MRI.• Ability and willingness to read a wide range of imaging studies with a focus on neuroimaging.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracyPlus:• Neuro experience• NJ licenseJob Description:One of our large healthcare clients is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Radiologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong neuro or body imaging background, with a preference for fellowship-trained radiologists in neuro, body, breast specialties. This position offers a unique blend of in-office and remote work, a flexible schedule, and competitive compensation.Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Interpret and report on a variety of imaging studies, including brain, spine, vascular imaging, and functional MRI.• Perform all cross-sectional PT/MRI imaging with a focus on neuroimaging.• Ensure accurate and timely reading of MRI, CT, and ultrasound scans.• The position involves reading approximately 42 MRIs and 57 CT scans.• Collaborate with referring physicians (neurologists, neurosurgeons, etc.) to discuss findings and treatment options.• Maintain high standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy.• Participate in a rotating call schedule, including weekend and weekday call duties.• Open to body radiologists, with the ability to adjust workload between body and neuroimaging as needed.
