SUMMER SALES INTERNSHIP Insight Global is on the hunt to find elite talent for our Summer Sales Internship. Applicants must want a career in sales, love a challenge and working with people... Quick background on us. We are a multi-billion-dollar staffing firm providing dynamic hiring solutions for clients in the Technology, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, and Legal fields. Our purpose is to grow our people personally, professionally, and financially so we can be the light to the world around us. We work hard to live out that purpose by placing over 50,000 candidates annually for clients in the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Mexico. About the role - no coffee runs here. Interns step into the shoes of our newest full-time hires for eight weeks, receiving the same training and being held to the same standards. You will learn the ins-and-outs of the $218 billon staffing industry by attending a two-day training at Insight Global University in Atlanta, GA, daily 1on1s with an Account Manager mentor, following a Training Guide, and frequently applying your skills with actual clients. Interns will learn our core business by starting out as Recruiters, just like every IG employee. You will make a positive impact on job seekers by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring them for our clients’ open positions. Most importantly, you will also have weekly sales exposure by working alongside Account Managers. Interns learn value-based sales, how to research and cold-call prospective clients, and help us close actual business. Interns will also learn by joining meetings and lunches to watch as we attain new business and strengthen current partnerships. Details • Internships are available in all offices across the US & Canada. • First Session: June – July. • Second Session: July– September. • 36hrs per week: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. • Interns must be able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday. Responsibilities & Expectations • Daily morning meetings with your Sales & Recruiting team discussing client positions. • Daily make 30+ calls to interview candidates and match them to active positions. • Daily 1on1s with mentor to learn sales & recruiting basics, role-play and ask questions. • Weekly cold calling clients, setting meetings, and joining the AM on those meetings. • Weekly join Account Managers in meeting clients in office, over lunch or dinner. • 2 Monthly Presentations & Scorecard meetings to discuss success & feedback. • Showcase your ability to learn, implement feedback, and have a growth mindset.
