Recruitment Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefits: Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Qualifications:• Excellent communication skills.• Strong sales and presentation skills.• Ability to conduct in person meetings throughout assigned territory.• Access to a personal vehicle and holds a valid drivers license.Responsibilities:• Conducts school and community meetings to register members.• Implements membership recruiting strategies as provided by Recruitment Manager.• Prepares a status report for weekly meetings with Recruitment Manager to monitor progress.• Adheres to company recruitment standards as outlined by Recruitment Manager.
