Title: 3d Web Annotation DeveloperLocation: REMOTEDuration: 1 year extending contractProgram Overview:Insight Global oversees a program with this client that is dedicated to AI discovery that will further technological advancements across the organization. Embodied AI is a team within Meta FAIR Labs that focuses on the science and engineering of intelligent machines with a physical or virtual embodiment. Within Embodied AI we have a Perception pillar that develops physical and virtual systems to collect data for AI model building, demonstrate capabilities, etc.Requirements:Must Haves:• At least 3 years of experience as a front-end focused developer in an interactive 3D environment using Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and React.js• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or UI Design with the relevant coding experience.Will consider other degrees if they have the experience, but a degree is required.• Experience programming with at least one of the following: Python, C++, or Javascript• Familiar with basic Linux commands• Experience with data annotation and creating point cloud visualizations• Experience developing 3D visualizations and demos. Familiarity with 3D graphics libraries such as Three.js, WebGL, and/or Open3DPlusses:• Pytorch or Pytorch 3D Experience• Previous experience working within data annotation pipelinesDay to Day:This person will be working within a team whose goal is to build 3D reconstructions from single images. They need a Developer who can build the UI part of the system where end users will interact with 3D representations of objects within a scanned environment. The goal is to have a data annotator or end user be able to search or click on an object and be able to see and interact with the 3D visualization of that object for multiple purposes, beginning with adding different data points. New features will continuously be added.This person should have experience developing 3D visualizations and 3D demos. They need to be able to understand and maintain the R3 annotation pipeline, queue annotation jobs on a daily basis, facilitate communication daily with annotators and deliver feedback, as well as deliver on front-end UI development projects.Compensation: $60.00-70.00/HR
