Required Skills and Experience:• 3+ years in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design, and the utilization of (or contribution to) established design systems.• 3+ years of experience with Figma, including a demonstrated ability to work with auto-layout, interactive components, prototyping, and wireframing.• Proficiency with Figma, with a proven ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.• Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.• Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.Job Description:Our client is seeking skilled and experienced UX Designers to join their Human Centered Design Group to innovate Digital Solutions and build the future of healthcare. This team is driven by a passion for improving colleague experiences and empowering healthcare professionals.As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our many colleague-facing experiences. You will collaborate closely with pharmacy SMEs, product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.Compensation: $40/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
