Sales Operation Analyst

Location: CaliforniaInsight Global is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for one of our clients in Newport Beach, CA. This role will be 100% onsite in order to optimize their sales operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will focus on enhancing sales team performance by developing and implementing robust sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.Key Responsibilities:• Design and execute efficient sales processes and tools to support scalable sales operations.• Develop and maintain reporting systems that align with the company's strategic objectives.• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with overall sales growth strategies.• Analyze and review data to verify accurate sales team compensation and alignment with company goals.• Ensure all sales operations support the company's strategic vision and growth.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess not only the required skill set but also demonstrate strong alignment with our company's values and culture.Minimum Requirements:• Experience extracting data from CRM.• Experience monitoring sales data.• Experience with data analysis.• Experience with determining commission payout from sales data.• Highly professional and sharp to represent a luxury brand.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
