Job DescriptionDay to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Social Media Manager to work with one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the country. The Social Media Brand Manager will be responsible for executing strategic social media plans that align with the brands broader objectives. This role involves active community management and engagement across all brand channels, including Meta and TikTok. The manager will handle creator and influencer outreach, manage content creation and posting schedules, and develop briefs in collaboration with the brand. Additionally, they will oversee all LMR submissions and manage relationships related to social media. Analyzing social performance, primarily organic with some paid insights, will also be a key part of the role.Responsibilities:Execute strategic social media plansManage and engage with the community across all brand channelsConduct creator and influencer outreach and managementDevelop and maintain content creation and posting schedulesCollaborate with the brand to develop briefsHandle all LMR submissions and manage related relationshipsAnalyze social media performance, focusing on organic metrics with some paid insights as neededCompensation:$32/hr to $34/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
