Sr. UX Designer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and dedicated UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As our projects grow, we need a specialist to enhance our user experience, ensuring our applications are intuitive, user-friendly, and align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with front-end engineers and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch designs that improve our product's overall functionality and appeal.Key Responsibilities:- Real-time Front-End Design Support & Whiteboarding:a. Participate in all support meetings with different product owners/teams to provide real-time design input and feedback using live design tools and whiteboarding.b. Collaborate with team members to improve communication and align on design decisions during discussions.c. Translate meeting notes and ideas into concrete design mockups after the meetings.- Creating Demos:a. Produce informational demo videos in collaboration with front-end engineers to clearly explain processes and goals in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating with the business, and simplifying complex technical concepts.- Ticket Processing:a. Review and process Jira stories/user support tickets to ensure user behavior and experience requirements are clearly defined and actionable.b. Focus on user experience to prioritize and refine user needs, designing clean, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces.c. Provide mockups when necessary.- Planning and Collaboration:a. Play an integral role in PI planning sessions by clarifying how business requirements translate to user behavior.b. Provide clear, user-focused design insights to reduce back-and-forth discussions and accelerate development.c. Work with Product Owners to provide mockups for feature planning.- Internal Framework Development:a. Assist in developing an internal framework that scales efficiently, improves development time, reduces costs, and automates visual regression testing.b.
