Symplr Functional API Analyst

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Symplr API Analyst local to Kansas City. The Symplr API Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting our API integrations, with a focus on SQL reporting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication. This role involves 10% SQL reports and data pulling, 50% troubleshooting and supporting new users, and 20% stakeholder interaction - the additional 20% could be training new users, integration work, or project related work.SQL Reporting and Data Pulling (10%):Create and maintain SQL reports to extract and analyze data from various sources.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Troubleshooting and User Support (50%):Assist new users with onboarding and provide ongoing support for API-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to API integrations.Document and communicate solutions to common issues.Stakeholder Communication (20%):Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.Provide regular updates on API performance and integration status.Collaborate with stakeholders to improve API functionality and user experience.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
