Hospice RN Case Manager | Hospice Registered Nurse Superstar!

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients and families

- Maintain accurate clinical records
Education
- Current GA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
