ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our North American sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the MGA market for INSTANDA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, is eager to own a territory and work with our talented pre-sales team to win new business.

What you will do...

  • Lead business development and sales efforts for your defined territory focusing on small to medium sized companies. This includes lead generation by you and via our SDR.
  • Open, qualify and close deals direct prospecting, campaign management (with marketing help) networking, relationships, and referrals.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process including new business development, client research, objection handling, customer demos (with support of our Technical Pre-Sales team), pricing, closing, and follow up.
  • Understand the INSTANDA value proposition and stay on top of evolutions in the market.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • A hunger and a passion for sales. If you are coin-operated and want to earn commission, this is a great role for you.
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in a SaaS sales role, you have ideally spent time in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience working within the Insurance market or tech start-up is an asset, but not required.
  • Must be both technically and commercially savvy, with good discovery & listening skills.
  • Ability to diligently manage competing deadlines in a target driven environment.
  • High EQ with a confident presentation style and networking skills.
  • While this role is fully remote, some travel will be required, including but not limited to visiting prospects & clients in person, company events, conferences, and tradeshows

  • Highly competitive annual salary plus commission (Colorado salary up to $140,000)
