Sales Development Representative

We have an immediate opening for a hybrid Senior Sales Development Representative, with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the SDR Manager, this role serves as a critical member of the sales team and is responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers. This role requires some prior sales development or business development experience. This is a results-driven position that requires you to consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.What You'll DoDrive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managersUpdate and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRMConsistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunitiesActively attract new partners by engaging new and existing leadsPre-qualify opportunities by business size, staffing needs, and volumeWork closely with Account Executives to develop prospecting... strategiesLeverage Salesforce and other sales tools to manage accounts through the top of the funnel sales cycleProvide our clients with an effective value propositionProvide white glove service, articulate the value proposition, and build rapport through effective communicationWho You Are1 year of sales development, business development, or related field experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workAbility to understand a target audience and identify the right prospectsExperience with outbound phone callsExperience in Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) preferredHighly motivated and willing to take intelligent risksBenefits:This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock optionsThis position is eligible for Instawork benefits, including:A variety of medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hireFlexible paid time offAt least 8 paid company holidays annuallyHome office stipendPhone stipendCommuter stipendSupplemental pay on qualified leavesEmployee health savings accounts (HSA) contributionFlexible spending plans401K planPerkspot - discount program through LumityThe base salary for this position is up to $60,000 in base + uncapped sales incentive pay.A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location.
