Marketing Operations Intern

Instnt is seeking a part time Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing team of innovators and engineers.  This internship reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will assist with marketing data collection, operations, and CRM support. The hours are estimated at 10-15 hours per week. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform market analysis and research on competitors
• Support the VP of Marketing in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in doing list pulls and data uploads into our CRM and for marketing/event emails
• Support with creating digital ads 
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Assist with CRM updates, data cleanses, and conducting A/B tests 

The Ideal Candidate will possess: 

• Pursuing a degree in Operations, Marketing, or related fields 
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table) 
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data skills
