You can lead a complex technical project and find paths forward that enable teams to create great experiences. You know and utilize best practices in producing (including account, project, and product management), yet you don’t follow a formula or merely execute. You’re able to drive every phase of the project lifecycle, partnering with clients, strategists, writers, designers, and developers—embracing and supporting all individuals. You speak all their languages while tirelessly advocating for the most successful project outcome: meeting business goals alongside user needs. From concept to execution you’re always influencing and implementing what is needed to move the project forward.

What You'll Do- Lead large, challenging, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, leveraging Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes to drive efficient workflows, continuous integration, and seamless delivery
- Create and actively manage all development aspects of a project plans, focusing on all technical aspects to ensure milestones and objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Provide value and support throughout the entire project cycle by driving production strategies that influence the development process, team dynamics, and client relationships with a focus on impactful technical outcomes.
- Have an expert understanding of and curiosity about development processes and best in class digital execution
- Balance innovation and practicality in your production approaches and evaluation of technical feasibility of the work being made.
- Maintain development velocity throughout the project lifecycle, proactively surfacing risks to delivery to minimize down-time, ensuring people are involved at the appropriate times for project success.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads to write, clarify, refine, assign, and estimate tickets.
- Lead "design breakdown" sessions with project developers to ensure a clear understanding of tasks.
- Lead sprint rituals and estimation meetings to drive efficiency in project execution.

- Communicate ideas well in all written and verbal interactions in order to build strong relationships and inform the right actions are taken

What You'll Bring- 5-8 years experience as Producer on complex projects, leading the production of technical teams, managing projects and/or products.
- Experience directly managing enterprise-level clients as well as large, multidisciplinary internal project teams with respect
- Ability to “translate” between development team/clients/work, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrated as part of a project’s successful completion
- Expertise with software development processes and terminology.
- Experience in software development processes, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and related terminology, facilitating smoother collaboration and delivery.
Pay Range- The expected pay range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
