As a Customer Success Manager in our Real Estate Vertical, you will be responsible for introducing our new Real Estate products and services to potential customers, as well as work closely with cross-functional teams at U.S. News to help grow and scale all Real Estate products.Are you up to the challenge?• Introduce our products and services (current and new) to potential customers. Onboard new customers as needed.• Answer customer questions and support them on best practices for using our products• Develop content and tools to help customers find the answers they need• Review customer data and communicate with both U.S. News and customers, as needed, to keep our products up to date with all needed information• Work closely with finance on all needed invoicing and payments, streamlining the process as needed.• Provide reports on product performance, as well as customer communication to help better the products over time.
