Williamson Insurance & Investments, LLC in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is a local, family owned, independent insurance agency. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, detail oriented, articulate, and (preferably) experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time P&C Insurance Client Service Manager / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction. If you treat our agency as if it were your own, your income will drastically increase with time. We want you to be part of this family, and we will compensate you accordingly. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position. We take family time seriously, so we are flexible and understanding when you need time away from work.

Salary Range: $42000.00 - $57000.00 per year
Base Salary Plus Bonuses. Entry-level candidates start with a Base Salary of $36,000 and will make $6,000 to $9,000 in bonuses. Depending on experience and fit - highly qualified candidates could start with a Base Salary of $48,000 and $6,000 to $9,000 in bonuses. Bonuses are awarded simply for completing required duties in a timely manner.

Provide high quality service to our personal and commercial clients.
Assist agency producers with administrative duties before, during, and after sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Assist with renewal quoting for personal and commercial lines.
Help clients navigate the claims process.
Play a vital role in retention by monitoring pending cancellations and helping clients stay with us.
Delegate call-in requests to the appropriate team member.
Help agency owners with day-to-day tasks.
Be a problem solver!
Be knowledgeable enough about insurance to catch potential E&O issues before they happen.
Property & Casualty license is required. Applicants with all other required skills and experience may be licensed after hiring.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn. Be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
