Insurance Customer Service Representative

Brown & Brown Private has an exciting opportunity available for a Personal Lines CSR to join our team in Pryor, OK! This individual will provide exceptional service to our personal lines customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide day to day servicing including issuing policies and endorsements, providing verification of insurance, ordering updated loss information, obtaining updated information, documenting renewal applications, preparing proposals, obtaining quotes, prepare marketing materials and binders, resolving coverage related questions and billing inquiries.
  • Record marketing activity, record renewal, sales, and insurance operations in agency management system in accordance with company practices.
  • Submit claims and assist clients in resolving claims, process client requested cancelations and non-pay/company requested cancellations and communicate any client issues to producer.
  • Build courteous and successful relationships with team, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

PREFERRED

  • Oklahoma Property & Casualty License
  • Experience with AMS 360 preferred
