Our team is critical to achieving our vision and fostering the right culture is essential to our team's success.Join us if you like• $1.3 Trillion market opportunity• MIT alumni founders• Female-led startup• $130M total funding• Strong leadership team with experience from many successful start-up's around the worldHow you will make an impact:• Co-own the administration of content publishing for two brands• Format draft posts in our CMS and prepare them for publication• Coordinate with our design team to secure imagery as needed for content pieces• Create and add charts, tables, and graphics to content as needed• Download and format stock images needed for editorial content• Curate a digital filing system for all Insurify editorial imagery• Implement SEO updates to content at the discretion of the SEO and editorial teams• Maintain and update the team's workflow tracking tool to ensure every piece of content is visible to the entire team at every stage of development• Create, maintain and update documentation materials as needed• Maintain and update a single easily accessible repository for all documentation materials• Facilitate communication between the content team and internal stakeholders• Assist the director of content and managing editors with key editorial-related tasks as needed• Identify new opportunities for brand recognition through industry awards• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete and submit awards applicationsWho you are:• Have at least one year of experience working on a content creation team (college experience acceptable)• Are highly organized and have a strong attention to detail• Have strong written and verbal communication skills (although you don't need to be a writer)• Can handle multiple diverse and high-volume tasks simultaneously• Have a working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (although you don't need to be an expert)• Have experience working in WordPress or similar content management systems• Are a creative and strategic thinker who can quickly identify and resolve problems• Are eager for a role with learning and growth opportunitiesBenefits• Competitive compensation• Generous stock options• Health, Dental Coverages• 401K plan with match• Unlimited PTO• Generous company holiday calendar• Learning & Development Stipends• Paid Family Leave• Social impact volunteer time• Catered lunches in the office• Free snacks and beverages in officeWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
