Insurity’s Next Sr. Product Support Analyst

Under general supervision, have the ability to understand and learn the Sure MGA application and the Insurance processes of the application. Be able to reproduce issues that occur and discuss with clients on the phone or via email solutions to any issues that may arise. Also have the technical ability to pick up on and assist others on the Product Support Team.  Must be comfortable reading and writing SQL statements in order to troubleshoot reported problems.

What Our Sr. Product Support Analyst Will Do

  • Complete the triaging of all incoming tickets
  • Communicate with clients daily to diagnose issues
  • Perform functional root-cause analysis of highly complex issues
  • Execute and coordinate known data maintenance scripts with the appropriate teams
  • Reproduce issues, document, and call out issues to Tier 3 Development
  • Document all communication and fixes in our tracking system

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in related field
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, including reading and writing SQL statements
  • Experience with Sybase and Sybase replication
  • Experience with ConceptOne
  • Knowledge of C1 ETM and SDK
  • Experience with PostMan
  • Troubleshooting experience utilizing output and diagnostics logging
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel between 0 – 10%

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
