Responsibilities
- Specialize in the Benefits module within the Workday HCM suite.
- Work with customers to configure requirements for Open Enrollment.
- Provide functional and strategic support to clients.
- Manage multiple projects and assess competing priorities.
- Lead in gathering client business requirements and designing Workday solutions.
- Analyze, resolve client issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in configuring integrations between Workday and other systems.
- Mentor new consultants and collaborate on projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
