Workday Certified AMS Integrations Consultant
Intecrowd, a company founded by former Workday clients, specializes in providing technical and strategic support for Workday technology. We are looking for a hands-on AMS Integrations Consultant to deliver innovative ideas and effective solutions for our clients.
Skills
- Technical experience with object-oriented programming
- Experience with HCM/ERP software applications
- Integration with third-party service vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Support multiple customers effectively
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in the Workday product suite
- Build rapport with AMS clients and guide them
- Analyze and document client problems and recommend solutions
- Maintain ongoing client satisfaction
- Manage multiple assignments effectively
- Communicate and collaborate with designated teams
- Innovate and suggest new deployment approaches
- Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices
- Contribute to a culture of continuous education among colleagues
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) preferred with a focus in technology
