Senior Accountant- Inventory (On-Site)

About The Role: 

Integra is seeking an Inventory Accountant to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Inventory Accountant will assist with full-cycle A/P and balance sheet reconciliations related to inventory ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.

The ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite and has 3+ years of cost accounting experience within a consumer brands company and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

• Process inventory and freight bills including entering into NetSuite, saving backup, requesting payment approval, and initiating payment
• Support billing for direct spend including entering bills and 3-way-match
• Review, analyze, and track average cost of inventory by item to ensure accuracy
• Perform cost of goods analysis and report on fluctuations
• Review, analyze, and track inventory levels, including supporting cycle counts and reporting on variances
• Manage landed cost transactions and allocations to items
• Perform account reconciliations for inventory related general ledger accounts
• Perform internal reviews of accounting and inventory processes and transactions
• Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures
• Support ad hoc requests, reporting, month end close, and other accounting processes

• 3+ years of experience within an Accounting or Finance role
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience using NetSuite preferred
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Some travel may be required
