Powering automation through AI and analytics, IntelePeer provides industry-leading time-to-value and rapid time to improved customer experiences with solutions that work seamlessly with existing business software and infrastructure.What we are looking for:We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage our infrastructure and applications across multiple Data Centers and Public Clouds. This role will work with other team members to provide reliable system infrastructure via internal and Public Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, AZURE).Responsibilities:• Building, maintaining, securing, and monitoring infrastructure in a Hybrid Cloud.• Participate in after-hours deployments and maintenance activities including a monthly on-call rotation as needed.• Identify manual processes that can be automated.• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation, and management of software infrastructure.• Act as technical escalation point for other Teams.• Provide well-written documents via Atlassian Jira and Confluence.• Maintain existing Chef Automation infrastructure with cookbooks lifecycle.• Work on the creation of scalable CI/CD pipelines for different applications and environments.• Plan and support proactive maintenance and patch management when required.• Monitoring ticket queues for change control, incidents, and service requests.• Less than 20% travel required for IT Infrastructure installation and maintenance.Required qualifications:• Experience in Linux Administration• Experience in scripting (bash shell, Python)• Experience using Git and Gitlab CI/CD tools.• Experience with Monitoring/Observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ELK, Opsgenie.• Experience with Virtualization and Cloud based technologies such as VMware, KVM, AWS, GCP, Azure.• Experience with Configuration Management tool such as Chef Automation.• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP stack.• Knowledge of databases engine such as MySQL/MariaDB and MongoDB.• Experience with management of Docker containers.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.• Experience with ML Ops, DevSecOps.• Experience with Event Driven Architecture, like Apache Kafka or similar pub/subEducation:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant certifications.• At least two years related experience required.Why you'll love it here:• Unlimited Paid Time Off• Paid Holidays• Competitive medical, dental & vision insurance for employees and their dependents• 401K Retirement Plan• Stock Options• Company-paid life insurance, voluntary short-term and voluntary long-term disability• Health & Flexible Savings Accounts• Cellphone, gym, and internet reimbursement• Paid Parental Leave• Tuition Reimbursement• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Free snacks (Denver, and or Fort Lauderdale)• Fun events (virtual and in-person)Any requests to exercise your rights as a data subject under GDPR should be submitted to infosec@intelepeer.com for prompt processing.
