Job Description
You'll shine in this role if...
Through your prior experience, you show that you have:
Experience as a Data Analyst in software product projects; preferably in Fintech industry
Experience of BI tools (Snowflake experience would be beneficial)
Proven data visualisation skills
Comprehensive understanding of the agile software process (development, configuration, testing, and deployment); preferable SAFe
An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented skills, yet are able to look at a wide array of choices & identify what truly matters, problem solving skills is a must
Proven ability to work cross-teams and synthesize feedback and input from customers, business leaders, product management, and engineering
Skills in creating user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Escalation management experience , anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints to prioritize and drive commitments
Worked with minimal supervision and review and exercise independent judgement
Passion about creating intuitive, reliable software
Your role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, complete analysis, and coordinating design completion of features. The Data Analyst may act as the Product Owner working within agile teams.
Lead business data requirements and design sessions with business leaders, product management, and architecture
Working to improve data analytics, data visualization and to provide valuable insights to the business and its customers
Create documentation of change, including user stories and acceptance criteria, that meets the expectations of stakeholders, incorporates technical design feedback, and accounts for exception scenarios
Translate stakeholder requirements and design into detailed requirements
Create wireframes, as appropriate, and provide input on wireframes to ensure they meet requirements and provide an intuitive user experience
Update living product documentation to represent implemented change
Assist with user acceptance testing
Communicate change to stakeholders, internal and external
Prioritize backlogs, as appropriate
