Data Engineer

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Telemetry/Data/AI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming large datasets to provide valuable business insights and support decision-making processes.

Skills

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
Experience in data mining and machine learning
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and ELK Stack
Strong math skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data pipelines for data collection and transformation
Analyze data to discover trends and patterns
Present information using data visualization techniques
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
Perform feature engineering for AI applications

Education

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
Graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field preferred
