This exciting opportunity is full time onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
In this role, you will have the responsibility of providing top-notch support, researching and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity that are typically escalated from first line support teams. You will be the point of contact for escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical assistance. Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problems using relevant systems and tools.
*This is a full time onsite opportunity and we will only consider talent in Phoenix AZ. We expect this team to start in December, and as a result this will be an expedited recruitment process.
