Intercom is an AI customer service company focused on helping businesses elevate their customer experiences using AI-driven support solutions. They are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales of their advanced AI agent, Fin, driving enterprise adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

Champion AI transformation by driving the adoption of Fin to scale and automate customer support.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a consultative approach.
Act as a customer advocate collaborating across teams to refine product offerings.
Create and deliver customized AI agent demonstrations showcasing Fin's value.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility.
Mentor peers and contribute to team growth and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
