Job Description:Provides receptionist and clerical support in preparing, coordinating and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.This is a 100% remote position however, currently we are unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut and Washington.As a Customer Service Lead Bilingual you need to know how to:Investigates claims by using computer billing systems to identify and resolve patient billing errors. Works in multiple systems and applications to resolve inquiries.Works with patients in-person and over the phone to provide customer satisfaction and resolution to inquiries and complaints- Works with providers to communicate issues, complaints, or investigate errors.Serves as a primary contact for a specific care site(s). Directly handles all customer services inquires and needs, provides follow through to resolution.Minimum Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent, required• More than 3 years and less than 5 years required• Knowledge of medical claims and billing processes• Bilingual skills ability to speak and write Spanish• Healthcare medical business office experiencePreferred Qualifications• Knowledge of EPIC• Bilingual skills ability to speak and write SpanishPhysical Requirements:• Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.• Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.• See and read computer monitors and documents.• Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.• May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.Anticipated job posting close date:09/13/2024Location:Peaks Regional OfficeWork City:BroomfieldWork State:ColoradoScheduled Weekly Hours:40The hourly range for this position is listed below.
