Position Title: Change Management Intern

As a Change Management Intern at Veolia Water Technology Services, you will play a key supporting role for multiple HR Technology projects. To be successful, you'll have excellent communication skills, to help create many employee-facing resources including training documents, email communications, executive updates, and system specific instructions. Additional duties may include attending project management meetings, preparation of internal correspondence, organizing documents on intranet site, supporting global training sessions, and more.
You'll need to be comfortable working with limited direction in some cases since we have a lot happening and sometimes it will be better to experiment, try different things and see what works. Good organization skills will serve you well! In addition, the role requires a someone who is comfortable working on multiple projects and can effectively interact with employees across all levels of this global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Tracks and reports organization preparedness status updates/ presentation for business transformations and integrations for use in executive updates
Assists with the creation and organization of training documents for multiple audiences, including employee-focused content
Partners with various stakeholders to understand and document company and regional level processes, categorizing changes for transformational efforts
Supports training sessions across global organization
Supports the execution of content creation including email communications, job aid creation, and training materials
Collaborates with project managers to identify risks and make recommendations
Education & Experience
Required:
In progress of Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Project Management, Communications, or related concentration
Comfortable learning new technology
Can do attitude and desire to learn
Other Useful Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with referential material creation (job aids, FAQs, etc.) is a plus
Experience with process improvement and change managment is helpful
Location:
Position will be fully remote with option to work at our headquarters in Trevose, PA location if local to the Philadelphia, PA area, as needed.
