Intern, Enterprise Communications

Nemours is seeking an Intern, Enterprise Communications to join our team in a hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL.

The Enterprise Communications Intern (ECI), will collaborate with the Enterprise Communications team to help communicate to our 8,600 associates. A key responsibility is producing content for our employee app, Nemours Now. Including posting stories, videos, creating newsletters and short video content. The intern will also work with the Director and Public Relations to help manage our Podcast Well Beyond Medicine: The Nemours Children's Health Podcast. Enterprise Communications is part of the Marketing and Communications department at Nemours Children's and the intern will have an opportunity to learn about social media, marketing and public relations.

Duties include:
1. Writing posts for weekly newsletters: News You Can Use and QuickLinks.

2. Entering content as directed from the team or leaders.

3. Developing short, under 60 second, videos for the app.

4. Taking photos of events to post on the app.

5. Assist with pulling metrics and maintaining the back end of the app.

6. Posting Podcast episodes.

7. Helping coordinate guests on the podcast.

8. Updating the Podcast editorial calendar.

9. Creating social posts for the Podcast.

HS Diploma or equivalent required; some college required

1-3 yrs of experience required
