Intern - Graphic Design (Job Number: 2306571 )
Summary : the key aspects of our Graphic Designer positions are to understand our associates’ performance improvement needs, design effective learning experiences, and ensure the overall project quality and success.
An Ideal Candidate Would Possess The Following Skills
- Solid understanding of graphic design and building effective user experiences.
- Excellent project management, time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for visual design across platforms and/or user experience
- Display original thinking and creativity and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas.
- Enjoy working with teams in a fast paced, energetic environment.
- Leverage state-of-the art technology to design and develop high quality, innovative learning content and materials in a variety of formats including, but not limited to print, graphics, multimedia, animation, audio, and video.
- Designing for LMS platforms a plus
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and tools, especially those used in a remote-work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in process preferred
