Basic Purpose
To perform routine administrative functions which may include, but are not limited to drafting correspondence, organizing/maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to members. Will be trained on systems to have the ability to enter Debit Card Fraud claims on behalf of received correspondence.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with actioning OLCs received by our team that directly relate to Debit Card Fraud claims.
- Some examples of the requests include cancelling claims, submitting claims, and adding documentation
which is then routed to our Investigators for further action.
- Attention to details & basic clerical, technical or administrative experience
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately with numbers
- Ability to communicate with all available forms of communication in a professional manner (phone, e-mail)
- Familiarity with Excel
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Previous clerical, technical and/or administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Experience composing corporate correspondence that adheres to standardized writing style
- Exercise sound judgment and demonstrate initiative
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
***Intern will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week due to business needs

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee's leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $24.70 hourly
