Internal Auditor

The Internal Audit Associate will be a key member of the Audit Team. This role will perform critical data gathering, documentation of SOX testing, and execute other projects within the audit team to support meaningful insights and quality solutions to bring positive change across the organization.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Performs audit engagement test steps and tasks with supervision.
• Documents business objectives, process walkthroughs, flowcharts, and meetings
• Participates in the development or new internal audit processes and ongoing process improvement.
• Recognizes potential issues and assists with root cause analysis techniques
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships within the team and across the business
• Engage in professional development activities, including completion of other professional certifications and upkeep of such certifications
• Some domestic and international travel required (<25%)
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment*

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• CPA or CIA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, SOX, COSO and risk assessment practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Professional and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SoxHub or Audit Board a plus
