About the Team:

Our Employee Experience & Internal Communications team is small and mighty! The team is building from the ground up, and sits within our global People Team.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Manage our company all-hands, leadership "ask me anything" sessions, and new internal communications channels we develop
  • Manage an employee experience budget and editorial calendar
  • Develop new ideas or improvements to existing internal communications and experience practices, including an approach to internal storytelling that brings in the team and customer voice
  • Develop and execute on virtual and, where possible, in-person events/experiences, to create connection
  • Develop employee volunteer efforts as part of Axonius for Good
  • Help leaders better communicate with their teams through best practices and counsel
  • Help teach others across the team how to write effective communications
  • Help communicate about new people programs and principles that align to our values
  • Help manage employee programs like swag/gifting, employee survey, onboarding
  • Utilize a network of "experience champions" who offer feedback, leadership and ideas
  • Utilize tools and technology to deliver personalized and scalable communications
  • Contribute to communications for key moments in the employee journey (from hire to exit)
  • Support a consistent change management approach for organizational transitions
  • Assist with our employer branding efforts
  • Partner with our branding team on relevant internal efforts to create a more cohesive look/feel
  • Partner with employee resource groups (ERGs) on speakers and events tied to different moments throughout the year

About You:

  • You excel at creating new ways to keep employees connected to information, inspiration and to each other.

  • You thrive on feedback and use it to make whatever you're working on even better the next time.
  • You have a knack for working with leaders on effective ways to communicate - and they respond to your counsel.
  • You know your audience and design for different types of needs, knowing that no two employees are ever exactly alike.
  • You are an expert writer, and understand how to "market" initiatives and changes internally with a human tone.

Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience. The salary range is from $140,000 to $160,000 annually plus an annual bonus, equity, and attractive benefits.
