Our growing business is looking for a highly-skilled, detailed individual who can process customer orders from around the world to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can anticipate customers’ needs as well as listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this International Customer Service Representative will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to our customers.

This role is based in Tucson, AZ and part of the hybrid work schedule.


Job Description
  • Process and manage daily incoming orders for Canada, Latin America, Caribbean and On-Premise customers
  • Review and update Latin America & Caribbean shipments file daily
  • Create ITN numbers, Order Booking Requests, and International Shipping Documentation
  • Assist with monthly closing process by running reports, creating pivot tables in Excel files, closing orders, resolving IT issues, and coordinating tasks with other employees
  • Expedite all orders to acquire on time delivery and move orders in when requested
  • Oversee Canada and Latin America Inboxes and close shipped orders daily
  • Answer incoming customer calls or emails regarding product problems, service questions and general customer concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Communicate all emerging issues, as well as solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Customer Service Supervisor
  • Support overall FIJI Water supply chain planning, sales operations, and expansion projects
  • Communicate with Sales team via phone, email and Teams Meetings in order to provide information about products and services
  • Coordinate and work with the distribution, transportation, compliance and finance departments regarding customer concerns, complaints, and chargebacks
  • Respond to any Return Material Authorization request and address the issue in a timely manner
  • Maintain a world class customer service relationship with our customers and sales team

Qualifications
  • BS/BA required, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or Business Management
  • Minimum of 1-3 work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced-level proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, v-lookup formulas, graph creation and other essential skills
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Word, Power Point, MS Outlook
  • Experience with order management systems (Oracle highly preferred)
