International Payroll Administrator

The International Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing support to the International Payroll Supervisor by ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company’s multi-country payroll, providing timely and accurate payroll information with payroll providers and HRIS system.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the Global LATAM and APAC payrolls by reviewing payroll transactions to ensure all biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll payments accurately reflect current compensation levels and withholdings in accordance with local labor laws and requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with payroll service providers in international locations to ensure timely, accurate processing, and according to local requirements.
  • Communicate and compare payroll data with the International Payroll Supervisor to ensure completeness.
  • Calculate and process approved pay adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate irregularities or issues to the International Payroll Supervisor.
  • Maintain organized payroll files including but not limited to archiving and creating new files at year-end.
  • Maintain up to date records of leave accruals and usage for LATAM and APAC.
  • Assist with employee inquiries by acting as liaison between employees and the international payroll providers and/or the International Payroll Supervisor.
  • Provide general support of financial operations and perform other related duties as required and assigned including but not limited to distributing payroll reports to Finance.
  • Process all new hires, terminations, and job changes into the HRIS system.
  • Create and generate reports from the HRIS system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience processing payroll. International territories such as LATAM and APAC is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of international payroll and hiring best practices.
  • Working knowledge of UKG a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, advanced in Excel.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality.
  • Must be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with all levels of the organization.
  • Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $27.00/hr
