Internship - Coppell, Texas - job 2 of 2

Primary Responsibilities

Assist Land Acquisition and Land Development Managers and/or direct supervisors in performing their duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Performing site visits for projects actively under development
Assist the development team in subcontract administration
Performing site selection analyses
Assist in the creation of financial models for prospective land opportunities
Participate in the feasibility process on new land opportunities in an effort to secure corporate approvals

Required Education / Experience

Minimum High School Degree
Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word programs
Ability to make correct independent decisions when appropriate, adjust and conform with varying schedules, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve, write and communicate effectively.
