Job Description: Interpublic Group is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role... Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints or concerns. - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits to effectively engage with customers and handle challenging situations. - Strong planning and presentation skills to deliver consistent and engaging messaging to customers. - Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and online chat platforms. - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
