We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Director to Senior Vice President, Data Center White Space Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities within the data center white space sector, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve set targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the data center industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the data center white space sector.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as VPs of IT, Directors of Facilities, and Facilities Managers within the desired SouthEast/East region.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
Drive business development initiatives, from prospecting to closing deals.
Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the Data Center and Critical Facilities sectors, including clients, resellers, engineering firms, and construction companies.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of direct & recent experience in white space infrastructure sales for Data Center Facilities
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed

Target Comp $170,000 USD to $315,000 USD including Commission+ Equity based on experience- Fully uncapped
