Role - Associate Manager - Finance
Qualification
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be familiar in Account Receivable, Payable, General Ledger accounting.
- SAP knowledge & project knowledge is preferred.
- Sound knowledge on SAP system – FICO.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and providing required MIS (Ledger scrutiny, analysis and control).
- Assist in Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing and other transactions) and back-office services such as accounts payable & receivables.
- Treasury Function : assist in building MIS on daily Fund availability (Global) and movement to respective zone as directed.
- Assist in accounting in SAP environment (S4H).
- Assist in system automation under S4H environment with the objective of standardization of processes.
- Assist in the statutory audits and ensuring completion within stipulated time frames.
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A quick learner and ready to take additional responsibility.
- Need to be proficient in data consolidation.
- Understands of business processes for focus areas or multiple modules.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
