The Role: This position will be assisting the supervisor in the following areas;

• Cycle counting and ensuring the warehouse maintains better that industry standard inventory accuracy.
• Developing process and procedures that improve order accuracy and overall inventory accuracy.

What you will be working on:

• Setting up and clearing daily cycle counts
• Shipping order audits
• Monthly zero bin checks
• Routine clean up of dynamic bins
• Daily shine activities and ensuring the work areas are clean and safe before and after each shift.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service by responding to other departments in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.
• Needs to be flexible on the shift start and end times and that all daily assigned tasks are completed as necessary.
• Builds and sustains a culture of safety-first mentality through daily walkthroughs, communicating with the team the expectations and providing ideas to improve safety.

What we’re looking for:

• Be efficient with his/her time and proactively helping others
• Must have PC computer skills, with intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office package
• Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical skills, organizational, verbal, written, presentation, customer service, a motivated self-starter, good time management skills, creative problem solving, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management is required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
