We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst. The primary objective of the Investor Relations (IR) program at Paysafe is to partner with executive management and other team members to develop and promote a compelling investment thesis, educate and update the investment community about the company, and promote effective two-way communication to achieve a fair relative stock value. Reporting to the SVP, Investor Relations this role supports all aspects of developing and executing the investor relations program.
Investor Relations Strategy, Plan, and Execution

Collaborates with the head of investor relations on the development of the IR strategy and supports the execution of the IR program

Assists in data/information collection, analysis, production and record keeping of external publications used in the IR program including, but not limited to:

Quarterly earnings presentations and supplemental materials
-
Financial/investor-related press releases (e.g., quarterly earnings)
-
Investor day presentations
-
Conference and/or non-deal roadshow (NDR) presentations
-
Supporting materials including FAQs and scripts
-
Performs support, analysis, and creation of recommendations for the company’s financial disclosures and other disclosures, working closing with internal teams including FP&A, financial reporting, and segment finance

Supports the IR effort and tracks progress in targeting new/prospective investors by screening and analyzing the investor data base and historical meeting records.

Primary operator of the IR database and intelligence/surveillance system that supports the investor relations program

Primary operator of the analyst modeling database

assesses analyst models/reports for errors

assesses official consensus (e.g., factset) to ensure accurate reflection of analysts’ research/models
-
works with head of IR to identify areas that are misunderstood by analysts and recommends improvements or changes in company disclosures, accordingly

Responsible for the collection and analysis of relative stock price movements, analysts' ratings/price targets, short interest, and investor stock ownership changes.

Monitors and summarizes peer/competitor and customer performance and relevant IR disclosures (earnings results, growth outlook, etc.)

Feedback to management and the Board

Collaborates with surveillance firm in the preparation of Monthly Reports and other periodic feedback reports about the company's stock price, relative stock price, analysts' estimates and perceptions, and investor ownership changes

Assists with the selection of analysts and investors to be surveyed in investor perception studies, if applicable. Collaborates with survey provider on key survey questions. Prepare survey results.

As needed, support the head or IR, Legal team and/or Communications team in the preparation of the Annual Report, Proxy, ESG disclosures, various SEC filings and/or internal communications
Other Responsibilities

Participates in organization and logistical support for conference calls and rehearsals such as quarterly earnings and investor day events

Maintains the IR records of public disclosure to investors

Engages with and manages the IR website vendor to implement content updates

Maintains up to date records of investor/analysts contact lists and IR meetings
-
Maintain up to date records of consensus estimates (with comparison to internal estimates, coordinating with FP&A)

Monitor the investor relations inbox and work with head of IR to draft responses and complete follow ups in a timely manner
Requirements and Qualifications
-
At least five years of relevant experience such as finance, FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, investment banking or equity research for a public company, consulting /advisory firm or Big Four accounting firm.

Experience in relevant technology sector(s) (payments/fintech) preferred but not required.

Strong financial and investment analysis skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation ability (PowerPoint and excel expertise mandatory).

A clear understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value for the stock

College degree required
