As we continue to expand our reach and scale operations, we are looking for a Field CTO to lead our Solutions Engineering and Professional Services teams. This role is pivotal in working directly with technology executives at Fortune 50 companies to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive significant business outcomes.What You’ll Do• Strategic Leadership: Provide executive-level leadership to the Solutions Engineering and Professional Services teams, and Engineering teams focused on servicing client needs; foster innovation and high performance.• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior technology executives at Fortune 50 companies, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our solutions to their business objectives.• Solution Development: Build a process and lead teams that develop and implement tailored solutions that leverage our powerful process orchestration platform, integrating artificial intelligence, human intelligence, and automation.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive the delivery of services that exceed client expectations.• Vision and Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our service offerings and technology capabilities, ensuring Invisible remains at the forefront of industry advancements.What We Need• Proven experience as a CTO, Vice President of Engineering, or similar executive role in a technology-driven organization.• Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives at large corporations.• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams in the delivery of complex solutions.• Deep understanding of software engineering, process optimization, and enterprise-level service delivery.• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and lead onsite engagements.What’s In It For YouWe believe in recognizing exceptional work with exceptional benefits.
