Job Overview:


Invitro Capital is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to directly influence the success of multiple startups by driving innovative, scalable marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious goals, including increasing customer acquisition rates and boosting revenue by measurable margins. You will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimize funnels, and continuously identify new growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and executive teams, you will play a key role in accelerating growth and building sustainable strategies in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and user acquisition strategies, ensuring all campaigns are ROI-positive.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging growth channels to stay ahead of the market, implementing innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), email, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
  • Oversee A/B testing and growth experiments to optimize conversion funnels, boost engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance lead nurturing and tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to tailor messaging and outreach for high-value clients.
  • Provide leadership in scaling growth operations, from building new processes to managing external vendors and partnerships.
  • Deliver in-depth performance reports and actionable insights to senior management on growth progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing initiatives.
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to enhance targeting, engagement, and conversions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 9+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech industries.
  • Experience scaling growth operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and developing custom strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of growth marketing channels, including digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and rapid experimentation to accelerate results.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, with strong analytical abilities to interpret metrics and translate insights into scalable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to improve performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors to support growth initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.
