Responsibilities :- You support customers globally throughout their life cycle, from pre-sales to deployment, adoption and expansion
- Your activities include pre-sales demos and consulting, implementation strategy, planning, organization, training, animation of the community, global monitoring and reporting
- You educate customers on the use and adoption of iObeya within their organization.
- You develop and maintainstrong relationship with your customers
- You work with clients to ensure they get the maximum value from iObeya and you are the customers’ trusted advisor
- With a consultative approach, you identify new deployment opportunities within organizations, share the elements with the sales manager of the account and propose the right approaches to obtain new results
- You are the interface with iObeya’s R&D and you participate in the functional framing of integration or customization projects
Required skills include : - 5 to 8 years of experience in Presales, Consulting, Professional Services with successful track record
- You have evolved in B2B Software or/and Manufacturing organization
- Proven knowledge in project management and change management working with large companies
- Lean Management and Operational excellence are advantageous
- You are a team-player with a commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in international teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to deliver effective presentations to large groups and audiences
- You are tech-savvy, ideally with experience in SalesForce and Visual Collaboration tools
- Active listening and ability to transform lessons learned into practice
- Ability to speak French or another language is appreciated
