What you can expect to be doing:Focuses on executional excellence, while growing both internal and client partnership skillsUnderstands the project lifecycle for custom research and manages projects start-to-finish with exceptional proficiency, with some supervisionComfortable interacting with clients on execution-focused tasks and contributing to presentations for basic resultsProvides pricing support and material development for proposals as requestedParticipates in thinking through methodological considerations and recommendations as part of a larger account teamOversees and coordinates with junior team members providing project level support, delegating work, providing instructions and quality controlInvolved in analytic plans, and aspects of report writing to find the story in the data Custom survey developmentLink checkingFieldwork monitoringData processing and analysis planningReport visualization and story-telling guidanceReport population and developmentOverseeing role of Analyst on these tasks, where both may play a roleTasks performed under supervision of manager/senior team members This might be the job for you if you have:Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPointOutstanding attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in completing all tasksAbility to positively interact with internal support teamsSuperior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of informationData savvy with a basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientationAbility to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budgetHighly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlinesThrives within a team environmentExcellent written & verbal communication skills with well developed interpersonal and presentation skillsCompleted Bachelor’s Degree, master’s level education an assetAt least 2 years of market research experienceIf you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
